Michael Peterson

Mr. Peterson is a third-generation Carpenter and a second-generation General Contractor with 40 plus years of Trade, Management, & CEO experience in construction. He is currently the qualifying party for both an active and operating Residential and Commercial General Contracting license in Phoenix, Arizona. 

He has been an Arizona Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Adjuster since 1999, back when there were only a handful of Professional "OG" adjuster's listed in the "yellow pages" for the entire phoenix metro area, many of which he was fortunate enough to know and be mentored by.

 He is a very sought-after Court-Appointed Umpire & Appraiser in the Insurance World's version of Arbitration called "Appraisal", a Policy Provided Dispute Resolution System.

 In addition to countless depositions as a court accepted expert witness in policy interpretation as well as in construction methods, defects, management, and estimating, he has taken the stand in front of a jury as an expert witness in both Federal & State Court cases, at the Arizona Superior Court, and for the Pinal County District Attorney's Office.

Rare is the occasion where an insurance professional on any level has the least bit of experience or background in any one trade in the construction industry, let alone over 4 decades at a journeyman level in many different construction trades & as an owner of a General Contracting company, a veritable powerhouse by any standards.
